Studio
Small on purpose.
HugoLabs is one developer in the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce and working with clients across Europe and beyond.
The work started with commissions for Roblox studios and moved onto the web: hosting platforms, storefronts and the sites that sit in front of them. Both halves still feed each other, which is why a studio can get a marketing site and a backend from the same place.
There is no account manager and no queue of junior developers. You send a message, you get an answer from the person who will write the code, and the scope you sign is the scope you get.

Questions
The things everyone asks.
Half upfront, half when the work is delivered and you are happy with it. Pay by bank transfer, or in Robux at the DevEx rate if that suits you better. Switch the estimator to Robux to see the amount.
It is the price for exactly what you configured. Once I know the details you get a written quote, and it will not be higher than what the estimator showed for the same scope.
Usually within a week, sometimes the same day for small jobs. If you need it faster, say so and you get an honest answer on whether the date is possible.
Yes. The full source and documentation are handed over when the project ends. Nothing is licensed back to me and nothing stops working if we never speak again.
Anything broken that was in scope gets fixed free for 30 days after handover. New features after that are quoted the same way as the first project.
